Information we receive

When you use a contact, quote or consultation form, we receive the details you enter, including your name, company, email address, selected service and message. A careers application may also include your location, professional information and resume. If you email us, we receive the contents of that communication.

How we use it

We use enquiry details to respond to requests, discuss potential work and maintain related correspondence. We use careers information to review applications and consider future opportunities. Basic server logs may record technical information such as IP address, browser and request time for security and troubleshooting.

Form protection and cookies

This site uses a necessary cookie, lasting up to 30 minutes, to protect form submissions. Form submissions are protected against automated abuse with a hidden field and rate limits. The site does not currently use marketing cookies or third-party analytics. An embedded Google Map on the home and contact pages may allow Google to process usage information under its own policies when loaded.

Sharing and retention

Form submissions are processed by Netlify and sent through our configured email provider to the appropriate MST Tech Solutions mailbox. Resume files are processed in memory and attached to the HR notification; this website does not save them in a public file directory. We do not publish form content. We retain correspondence and applications only as needed for their purpose and applicable obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion, subject to legal or operational requirements.

Security

We use reasonable measures such as HTTPS, server-side validation and restricted file handling. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
